Based on the price of Supermx and TopGlove, most big funds are already having huge position in both stocks. KYY is irrelevent even if some ikan bilis follows his call.

Only big funds moves the stocks now whether up or down. In fact, no disrespect to KYY, he is actually late to the game in Supermx, and then now Topglove although there are still upside for both stocks.

I have position in both stocks and basically both have their own strenghts. So no worries.. Cheers...

This is Jan-Mar quarter result. Pandemic surge mid March onwards. Next quarter result will reflect April-June.
Scomnet price starts to surge at end May and mid June, does it mean Q2 results going to be much better?
If stock price is forward looking, then objectively Q2 result should be very good.
Does it mean the big funds that entered in Mid June are already looking forward to and anticipate the next good quarter result?

why are there still ppl losing money or couldnt profit much from an uptrend stocks like Topglove and Supermax? Answer is simple; they traded too frequent and time their entry/exit wrongly....hence they have no choice but hope to buy back at lower price. You can understand why those losers keep talking rubbish here.

Seems like many conman trader and fake gurus busy trying to scare off investors into selling over the weekend.

Q4 (April-June) earning coming to a close soon in another 2 weeks in end June. I'd like to share a simple easy to understand calculation on potential Supermx earning for Q4 (pls correct me if I'm wrong).

Revenue Q3 447M vs Q2 385M Growth 62M or 16%
Profit Q3 71M vs Q2 30M Growth Growth 41M or 110%

Q3 Profit growth of 41M from 62M increase in Q3 Revenue alone is 66% growth in profit margin of additional sales revenue.

In short, Q3 Profit growth has already given us a taste of how much ASP increase in March alone can significantly increase Supermx's profit margin and profit growth.

As we already aware, any revenue growth going forward from ASP increase is PURE PROFIT into the bottom line (correct me if I'm wrong), assuming capacity remain the same, then lets just make a simple and very conservative Supermx earning calculation for Q4:

ASP increase 30% x 447M = 581M (Pure Profit 134M)
Profit = 71M + 134M = 205M (EPS 0.15)

ASP increase 40% x 447M = 625M (Pure Profit 178M)
Profit = 71M + 178M = 249M (EPS 0.183)

ASP increase 50% x 447M = 670M (Pure Profit 223M)
Profit = 71M + 223M = 294M (EPS 0.216)

Many analyst have given higher ASP increase due to extreme glove shortage and Supermx being OBM. I believe 30 to 50% ASP increase scenario above for OBM is quite conservative.

Topglove superb earning result have confirm again how glove shortage due to pandemic, ASP increase and spot orders can contribute to exponential growth in Earning.

Based on the conservative EPS assumption above, Supermx earning in Q4 will be incredible if one were to further calculate Supermx's Annualised EPS and Forward PE (do own calculaton and be shocked!!!).

This is just to paint a picture and just to assure some newbies not to be shaken with negative comments by many conman trader here. There will always be noises and some profit taking/correction during an uptrend momentum, importantly do not be emotional and don't trade too much if you're not an expert trader.

Previous SARS and H1N1 period saw glove stocks rally for almost 1 year with some sporadic profit taking along the way. We are still in the Midst of Covid 19 with the 2nd waves starting to emerge is a few countries including US.

Just stay calm and maybe the market be with you.

Based on their pass earnings, Scomnet definitely qualify into the main board. Its a matter of time n i believe its in their plan.

Scomnet is a good company for the next 5-10 years obviously and i wouldn't sell unnecessarily. I expect it to break 1.00 and further at 1.20 in the medium term. For Scomnet price to move to the higher level, a rerating is needed and going into Main Board would do the trick.
