Erm ... pworth is a listed company. I think they wont do so la. They are not some ciplak small logging company. And if they r found ilegal , i guess bursa will have official announcement.

Its just reasonable and probably abit under value. U can refer all the company in timber industry and u will roughly know where pworth should stand. Flbhd pe 12 taan 18 ...

FMU5 is for 79 or 100 years ... long term prospect is good. company outlook is still bright if they r not conman and get delisted.

High PE stock will drop without brake when some bad rumours or news appear. Actually the pe now is around 15 ... just reasonable. But the share price potential to surge up is very high after all the rumours are cleared. Provided company fundamental is still intact

Initially they wanted to collect the fund for FMU5 from listing GSR in SGX, unfortunately its not done in time. So they opted another method which is Right issue to collect money to pay FMU5

Ya ... hibiscus report is fanstastic with got 90millions as negative goodwill as profit in their report because they bought in north sabah platform will lower market value. Negative goodwill is a one time profit ... so market usually wont price in 1 eventhough the profit is alot. But, i think it will increase the company NTA. Its still good for the company

most of the shares sold at 0.45 around 3.30pm to 4pm. Probably those r force selling from T3 contra player who expected the result will be announce on 31/ august. Unlikely from substantial shareholder ... stay calm :)

Priceworth already told the press about the ban of round log will have insignificant impact on pworth in may. And if u read through their annual report. Pworth main product of sales is plywood which at very high demand from japan now. They can just supply the round log easily to local furniture company as its lack of round log everywhere now or process it into plywood. What u worry about the ban of round log export?

I guess priceworth outlook still good after the operation resume to normal after all the ilegal logging company being terminated or restricted.

I think they were waiting for gsr ptd ltd to get listed in sgx to raise the funs to pay fmu5. Unfortunately, gsr ptd ltd did not get listed yet till now. They were lack of cash to adopt ? Thats why delay? Then, they RI to get downpatment for fmu5 deposit?

Pworth probably will do better after current massive crackdown in ilegal logging by new government in sabah. Ilegal logging company will be restricted from logging. Supply will be less in market and margin will be better. Flbhd qr has mentioned this in their report.

I think kalabakan is belong to other company. I dont see any subsidiary company from pworth logging there. U can check from sabah forestry website. The tongod forest reserve is belong to lebihhasil company if not mistaken. Ranau only involved 5000 log and sandakan 509 log which probably belong to pworth.

Qr definitely will be good if u look at monthly production report fo r april may june. Now the worry is just for production from july onwards. And whether pworth ilegal or violating their rules of logging or not.

I just feel weird on the timeline. All the raid were happened on 16 july, 18july and 3 august 2018. But, Richard koo talked all the positive news on pworth and claimed they producing legal and certified timber newspaper dated on 6/8/2018.

I think the forest reserve at kalabakan,tawau is belong to other company. The log numbers involved is 20000 out of the 40000 log that being held. And they did mention in the news that they cant confisticate it yet for now. Just investigation going on.
