Problem is that PE ratio shows confidence of retailers towards the future growth. Now this is drop from very high pe to very low pe. That's how every retailers agree future might not be looking good as compared to last year from the market.

Don't always think pe ratio always justify the stock price it should be. Just part of evaluation factor.

Then the current pe ratio is justifiable after 5 years. I guess retailers look in much more longer timeline than what IB have written in the report. Future growth is part of the stock evaluation factor regardless of timeline. Retailers are not that optimism on glove future PE anymore as compared to last year.

Ya of course won't collapse like what jp Morgan stated. But under the consideration ASP might have a chance to be reduce, then the room of growth is limited from now. At least we know there's a growth limit.
