Sumatec is same story as serbadk but different with scib. Sumatec requested for 1 month extension delay and they miss the deadline too. Therefore, sumatec suspend until now. Serbadk requested both changing financial year and 1 month extension. Scib request 1 month extension straight outright rejected by bursa.

At this case, scib even worse than both Serbadk and sumatec. At this case, bursa pretty much already confirmed knowing scib have the report already but don't want to announce else can't explain why bursa don't even give second chance to scib. Fate of these companies pretty much already decided. You might not know there's a company has been suspended for 7 years due to delay of annual report submission.

SERBA Dinamik Holdings Bhd is unable to meet Bursa Malaysia’s deadline yesterday to announce the findings of the special independent review (SIR) as the audit process remains in progress.

Group MD and CEO Datuk Dr Mohd Karim Abdullah said the SIR auditor, Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY), needs the company to clarify a few things before proceeding to release its audit findings.

He added that the questions raised by EY were related to operational matters as business conduct differs across countries Serba Dinamik has operations in.

I simply couldn't understand what he mean not conclusive? Is not conclusive but is that the fact findings a piece of complete SIR? If yes then why say not conclusive?

A complete SIR is build from small piece of factual findings and data. So the findings that reported by EY now at the end will turn a roundabout say the previous findings are invalid in the final report conclusion?

Hmm? Why seems surprised? Never read sumatec case study? Bursa allow annual report extension by 1 month but doesn't mean they will stop the suspension. In fact bursa never mentioned about the resumption of trading
