emsvsi I'm surprised you guys are fixated with the Yokohama IR...having a casino in Japan which sits on a fault line aka earthquake/tsunami's isn't exactly the best piece of business (and the last time Yokohama had a large earthquake was a long time ago, which raises the risk...)
