Good news! Pahang in Phase 4 this Friday….just in time before interstate travels re-open again.
Only NS in Phase 4 so far. Hope the new theme park can open sooon!

Usually any new investments would be expected to break-even, then fully profitable during planning & funding stages. No businessman would start a project if they not gonna recoup back the entire project costs plus funding/banks’ interests, etc

Looks like by this Sunday, we will know if 90% is reached.

That Yokohama IR Bid was worth it, in my view, cos those months long process brought continuous spotlight ie good advertisements for Genting Group both Globally & to the 125 million population of Japan

I personally am glad Yokohama IR race was cancelled by the new mayor. Less capex stress in 2022-2023

Same thing…. If I wait for negative reports from Fitch pr S&P, would be too late for me to sell at higher prices by then.

In other words, such global analysts’ reports are still subject to changes anytime… ..nobody can predict what happens tomorrow, not even business owners themselves. That’s why we all need luck also in stock market apart from close monitoring of market news.
