The Serba saga continues….The Edge mentioned certain conditions imposed by EY eg Kpmg’s co-operation..

So funny… I mean Serba so ‘clever’ file civil lawsuit against Kpmg with obvious ‘intention’ to terminate Kpmg’s services as external auditor. Now Kpmg resigned aldy citing untenable circumstances due to the ongoing civil lawsuit by Serba.

Now EY insisted Kpmg must co-operate with certain information and documents regarding Serba.

I thought Independent Reviewer means truly independent?
Why get Kpmg involved again?

Shouldn’t Serba hold all the necessary info required by EY?

Kpmg may risk More lawsuits from Serba or from EY, if Kpmg get involved during the EY’s Independent Review?

Funny, Serba now suing Kpmg…but Serba still need Kpmg to provide certain info or docs to EY?

If I got civil lawsuit, I will Never co-operate with the plaintiff unless required by Malaysia laws!! Can never trust anyone who sues me man!!

In theory, MY should hve been More Prosperous compared to tiny Spore. MY is Rich with petroleum, oil, palm oil & rubber plantations, clever n talented Malaysians of many races.

MY gave birth to many successful Conglomerates….How many people plundered from MY’s coffers after Merdeka (ie after the British)? Why we still hve Malaysians living in poverty? Fed up betul with those many greedy politicians in our beloved MY.

I heard from one neighbour that her 2 Filipino maids were previously university graduates from some Philippines’ local universities….

I certainly hope none of our MY local university graduates have to work as ‘maids’ in other much richer countries in 10 years to come…
