to trade this stock must know its history.. this is the only o&g that have almost no debt when oil market drop.. it was trading at .40 and was the first o&g to rebound till .80 while others o&g drop to the lowest

so when it reach peak >1.20 it has rises 200% from its lowest

then only later 2H this year the rest o&g only start to shoot up >100%

since rest of o&g yet to reach it peak due to coming qtr might be another record breaking earnings, investor prefer to ride there rather than here

but eventually, when rest of o&g losing its momentum and have no room for growth, drillers will come back for attention for its ability to sustain income and profit even when oil drop below 50

next qtr will be >40m for sure due to lower tax expense

90% retailers lose money in trade, so thats not abnormal.. we are not the trend maker of stock, we just park and ride.. but must ride the correct one and have patience

1-capital
2-time
3-discipline

capital must flowing in from other source if market went wrong

time is abt when to buy and when to sell

discipline is when reach your limit, sell before it become worsen

short trade can make money but hard to timing.. give u example at armada those short trade earn 3 waves when it up and down but when 4th wave it rocket to 150% those whom hold earn the most

this stock is buy for next year gain, not for those who want to earn quick money

without catalyst price will range .09~.10 for sometimes, might hit .085 if market bad or coming qtr loss

you can short for 1/2c or 1c gain if you good at it but if suddenly it shoot up, will miss the big ride

imagine if full 4 qtrs profit remain >80m and what if there is one qtr with >100m?

i think sapnrg turnaround year will be in 2021, so still got plenty of time to play.. same as reach

end this year will be o&g services to peak like dayang, perdana, carimin, uzma, petra, deleum...

next year will be armada and alam maritim time..

when aramco ipo release, oil price will rally pass 65 bcoz saudi will for sure wanted to attract big names subscriber of its shares

hibiscs will get back to 1.20 soon, the time will comes.. momentum will start when qtr out this mth... so now it times to buy accumulte and hold .. so chill out

In case the no of shares still not fully converted but alam can post similar profit, then eps for sure will be better and we can expect faster return

Thats 5m is the lowest profit ever recorded in 2014/2015 earnings during good times.. should be fair enough for benchmark

Just give alam 6mths time till 1H20 for trial, im sure it will reward us. Even if it wont, it will not cause big damage on our capital.. of course at the same time dont forget to find other opportunity..

I dont expect coming qtr will be profitable since rev might flat at 50-70m and margin still low. But putting some money here while waiting food news come sure better than put in FD or buy 4D numbers

if this week price well supported and move towards .50, then you should know what will be coming when qtr out at end month

.50 will become history like .20 and .30 in prev weeks

dont worry, as long as oil is produce at profitable rate, your investment is safe

even armada can rebound, vs can rebound, hibiscs will sure get get back to 1.30 next year

next wave will be after qtr profit out, so chill out while waiting it to come and dont forget to accumulate

whom here not confident next qtr will be >80m? fyi, when armada post 1.2b loss with impairment, operational wise it still generate 70m profit

now with vietnam and kraken fpso continue improve l, together with sub sea segment, i can tell its so easy to get >80m

the only problem is that their margin is not much, either the contract is small margin or the operation cost is too high

they need to get revenue >80m only might able to post profit

total will be 2.762b shares, if annual 20m (5m each qtr), at 20c, pe will be 28, still better than velesto

if investor really confident a way to earn 50-100% return in 6-12 mths, im sure they can patiently wait..

the problem many cant wait.. they want to buy now and earn next week

in term of investing, we put up capital for .10 price which is super cheap compare to velesto at .36 now, within 6-12 mth period, which will give the highest return?

its no harm to out some money here and wait.. 100k shares only rm10k or less

FA wise alam is better than velesto now

velesto has 8.2b shares, nta 0.33, value now at .36... if annual is 50m, at 40c pe is 66

alam if 1.77b, nta 0.37, let take 20m annual profit and forecast price is at 20c pe 18.

velesto gearing 0.54 while alam now at 0.33

annmix, perisai and alam totally big different if you study enough.. just take its asset vs liability, alam far far away better... same if compare with icon and barakah

same like those buying armada below .20, buy when it deep but have future in recovery

1-debt restructure done with RCN
2-order book 1b, 30% will done 2H19
3-disposal of osv and business focus on sub sea

but coming 2 qtrs will still loss as informed

RJ87, if you want cheapest, can buy alam maritim. 0.10 only now. Im already in. Next year 1H sure gain.

if epf not disposing more, i believe it can easily touch 0.65 in dec

so many examples - for a stock that have good FA when it drop to lowest, it can rebound back at faster pace.. its all abt time

if next qtr still post losses, it has been projected, the worst it will drop possibly at 0.085 as what happened prev 2 qtrs

at current market, most important strategy to enter market are :-

1) buy at safety margin
2) buy at lowest cost possible
3) buy when future growth is clear

alam was traded above rm1 few years back, do you think going back to 20c is difficult??

you see all the bottom price o&g counter has rise, especially for those has carried debt restructure plan.. alam time will be coming soon.. trust me

always question myself, if next 2 qtrs profit >80m, what would be armada price then?

my old love krono is back.. the expectation in prev qtr now reflected in this quarter onwards.. TA wise, it will move further upside

remember when it was at peak, the price was at 1.20

just buy and hold whatever good at FA when price deep, dont think will drop below 90c and son below 0.25

technically if price close red today, downtrend may persist.. those buy at high should know your limit
