Yipman, we knew its EDM but no idea why you mean abt tape storage on EDM. Let me brief history a bit.

My first PC was using Pentium MMX 166mhz with Quantum HDD 3.2gb and that was 20 yrs ago. Id never heard tape storage on a PC or servers. The only tape storage we used was 1.44mb floppy disk which 90s generation never seen. It can save abt 10pages of word file and if it bigger you need 2 or 3 of them. Thats why Krono acquired Quantum so they can have access to hardware.

My 1st handycam was a sony. It uses Video 8 tape can record for few hours with normal quality. My 2nd was a JVC MiniDV uses DV Tape with digital quality and record for few hours too. My final video recorder was a JVC with 30gb HDD can record digital up to 14 hours. Then come mobile phone with camera with video recording but i still use my JVC HDD since it still can record longer than any device including my new Canon DSLR which requires memory card.

I never met a tape storage on PC so i dont think EDM relate to it which requires bigger space.

when a company projected cash flow cannot service its debt, this is a biggest problem. the white knight story is a trap for directors to dispose their shares
