MMAG控股（MMAG，0034，创业板）的股价在公司完成附加股和可转换优先股计划后逐步下跌。

该公司是根据每2股配1股的比例，以每股25仙，发行1亿5183万新股，每认购2股，还能获赠3张凭单（MMAG-WB）。

MMAG控股也同时发行了6亿733万不可赎回可转换优先股（MMAG-PA）。

MMAG控股-PA的发行价是5仙。该公司在上述计划成功融资超过7000万令吉。

半年净亏收窄

MMAG控股母股价在上周五以19仙收市。其凭单和优先股则分别以6仙和8仙结束交易。

MMAG控股的主要业务原本是科技产品销售，不过近期把业务多元化至快递和物流。该公司在截至9月30日的2018财年首半年，净亏从前年同期的583万令吉，收窄至367万令吉。营业额报8681万令吉。

MMAG控股打算把最近融资的资本大部分投在发展物流业务。

MMAG控股-PA持有人可以通过4优先股换取1母股，也可以选择使用1优先股加上15仙现金把优先股行使成为母股。

换句话说，MMAG控股-PA若在5仙发行价以上交易其实是一项行使价为15仙的“凭单”。



MMAG-WB溢价较高

MMAG控股-WB和MMAG控股-PA都是在2022年11月到期。MMAG控股-WB目前的溢价较高。如果投资者要参与，MMAG控股-PA估价是比较低。不过由于MMAG控股-PA发行量大，上升的步伐未必会比凭单出色。
