（吉隆坡10日讯）在受委为集团顾问后，丹斯里李金友将积极启动绿野集团有限公司（CHHB，5738，产业组）的海外扩充。目前，该公司已拟定计划进军中国和澳洲。

据绿野集团企业行销与通讯总经理李静霓披露，李金友将领导一个新扩充阶段，以加强该产业与休闲集团的海外据点。

继2007年卸下董事经理职位后，李金友担任该公司董事部的非执行主席一职。不过，绿野集团在过去6年间却未投资上述2个国家，尽管李金友仍然在董事部中。

随着李金友的离职，绿野集团聘用马克惟特为公司董事经理。在2011年，李静雯则接棒首席执行员。

“绿野集团目前在中国和澳洲没有计划。我们已经积极评估当地的机会。但我们还不能透露太多，因我们仍然处于洽商阶段，现时还处于初步。”

李静霓拒绝针对该集团放眼在上述2个国家扩充的潜在工业作出评论。

自李金友退居绿野集团幕后，他于2007年展开了绿野种植计划（Country Heights Grower Scheme）。但这项计划于去年终止，因在开始经营5年后未能开发预料中的面对，导致面对违约风险。

随着上述计划早前终止，这名商人支付2亿1500万令吉以接手绿野种植计划在话望生的种植资产。

现在报导称，李金友正为其包括早前由绿野种植计划持有的种植资产物色买家，以筹措4亿令吉资金。

上周四，绿野集团向大马交易所宣布，配合集团的策略商业发展，尤其是海外扩充，委任李金友为集团顾问，为期2年。

李金友也将保留为集团非执行副主席。

评级其额外角色时，这个商人透露：“我需要工作。”

不过，一些人士认为每月22万5000令吉的顾问费用过高，并惊异这项拥有执行责任的职位，尤其是根据过去最新常年报告，集团首席执行员常年薪金只有29万5000令吉。

在这方面，李静霓说，上述数额是经过考虑李金友过去数年对集团的贡献后，由董事部一致同意。

针对为何李金友没有获给予执行角色时，李静霓表示：“这是董事部决定如何操作这项业务的方式。”

在宣布中，绿野集团强调李金友已经在放缓时辅助这家由他创办的公司，尤其是在1997/98亚洲金融危机起担任集团董事经理的11年期间，自愿停止获得基薪。李金友也在2008年延长相关赎回金马皇宫有限公司债券的免息贷款。

也是李金友三女和李静雯妹妹的李静霓称：“他将不会涉及集团的日常运作。”
