Ans; Please read my earlier post you will know the ans.

To me, no point to continue invest in SPAC got QA share price drop because- target too expensive??? but Sona's share price also drop like hell when announcement said that the QA might be call off. In short Got QA drop no QA also drop how to pay like this.

My sincere advice, protect you capital and get rid from this market for the time being.

They will sign the agreement. An announcement will be out on Monday. This is what i know. Don't blame me if "buy on rumour sell on news" happen again!

But it doesn't make sense. If i buy the WA today at RM0.97 and quickly folk another RM0.35 to convert to mother share, my cost is only RM1.32 while market now is RM1.80 i gain almost RM0.48! sure boh? Got this type of stock ah?

Hi Clj Jun, I think your calculation is wrong. If WA at RM0.97 mother RM1.80 and exercise price at RM0.35/share then those who buy WA sure laughing all the way to bank.

I'm still holding mine but swap most of my WA to mother share already. This stock i can say long way to go. Dont look down on Sona bcoz after they ink the deal it's become pure E&P operator!

All dump during last week and said it's not worth to keep n now suddenly jump up and say value for $$. Really don't understand.

To me SONA share price will trade sideline until the management to give a clear picture for the whole acquisition. For the time being, put your share into the fridge and i believe your fridge will become SAUNA room in one day. Again this stock not suitable for contra player. My friend is working inside and of course i know what are they going to do but not all. And dont underestimate Datuk Masnah as a CFO in SONA. I repeat, BNP will not lending $$ to SONA if this asset is not worth at all. Do you think any bank in Malaysia will lend me RM1 millions if my monthly income is merely RM1k or zero just like SONA case?
