OPEC only contribute 40% of oil market, the Non OPEC member( Such as Russia) also must have same mind set only oil price would rebound and get more stabile . Oil price is not only economical issue but also Political issue involved such as Ukraine

They Loss the Job at Jalan Tun Razak, but going secure another one soon. Another big project at Penang site having high chance to secure it. Overall future is bright based on existing condition. The not only working for Piling but Substructure as well. That is why the contract amount can be huge
