I not sifu. OTB is sifu. I try to learn and interpret from sifu OTB. I think maybe all 0.28 makan up, then you q at 0.28 to buy lo.

OTB reading chart. If not break convincingly, it might come down to lower level. OTB advise buy on breakout.

OTB say buy 0.28 if break 0.275 convincingly. Learn from the sifu.
