I play till now also don’t understand all those PE-ratio, undervalue, overvalue,statistic, graph. Jeez, sorry I’m still too new to all this trading term. Even Google it and I still don’t understand how it works. Some said low PE good some said high PE good. But all of those stuff end up is prediction

PE ratio can read the stock up or down? Any differences between high PE or Low PE? This one I really don’t understand. High ratio means ppl willing to buy even is overvalue? Low PE means it is undervalue?

U can sell after exdate and still get the dividend. I try on Reit stock before. But I never try to sell it on exdate(coz it said u can sell on exdate and still get dividend)

I can?t find their dividend policy, maybe any master here can link us to boustead plantation dividend policy. Been holding it since last year. And I get dividend 3 times in a roll. Their business strategy is somewhat similar to REIT. Beside owning plantation, their rent/lease, manage plantation land from others
