I buy when the majority are selling, I watch when the majority are buying, I sell when the majority are getting excited!

You are welcome but don't put all your money into one counter. Diversify into a portfolio of 15 to 20 counters.

SBB done at a price below NTA will enhance the NTA for the remaining shareholders. The BOD/Management was very patient waiting for the price to drop to below 60 sen before starting to do the SBB. As the Company has lots of cash it can do the SBB in the sustainable manner, buying at 6-8 million shares daily. The Company can buy up to slightly above 90 million shares. A sustainable SBB would mean price will tend upwards. Margin calls will ease, forced selling will ease, short sellers will have to cover their short position.

What I say or think doesn't matter. It's what you think and believe.

Rubberex has lots of cash to do SBB and will probably go on buying back shares everyday until price goes above 80 sen at least. Short sellers gonna incur huge losses if they don't cover their short position.

Expansion plans can always be scaled back and the excess money raised from the private placement can be used for share buy back.

I prefer small capital counters. When small capital counters rally on volume, the price moves up greatly in terms of percentage gain. I haven't researched on Comfort, so can't comment.

Apparently there has been short selling of MNRB shares.

The 10% overall limit is for Regulated Short Selling (RSS) and Intra Day Short Selling (IDSS). RSS limit is 4% I think. For IDSS the short sell position needs to be closed off on the same day.

There's no expiry time to buy back but there's borrowing fees to pay for the securities borrowed for short selling purpose. I think the overall limit to short selling is 10% of the total number of shares in issue but it also depends on shareholders who are willing to lend their shares to the short sellers. If no one lends, there cannot be any short selling.

Gloves counters have been on a prolonged downtrend due to massive short-selling. Eventually the short sellers need to buy back to cover their open short positions. There's rumours that the government might suspend short selling and if this do happen then there will be massive panic buying by the short sellers.

Usually I target counters which I feel could earn me 30% gain within 6 months and Rubberex is one.

I usually set a 30% gain target. My average cost for SBagan was RM3.09, I sold between RM3.97 to RM4.17 last week.

Set a target selling price and when it reaches your target, start to sell down.

If it goes down further it will be a greater bargain to buy. No one really knows where and when is the bottom.

6 weeks ago market price was above PP price. Today at around 20% discount from the PP price is a bargain if you have spare cash to buy and hold.

PP was about 6 weeks ago.

Recent private placement @ 80 sen brought in cash into the Company and also enhanced its NTA. Now market price has fallen by around 20% from the private placement price. I think at this price it's a good buying opportunity.
