Exactly!!! I have been monitoring Malton's sales closely since 2011 especially the sales of Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the sales are good despite high price, so I presumed the profit margin will be high. But, Malton didn't give such good result like last quarter for the past 2 years despite good sales. So, what makes you think that this close to RM0.10/share result will be maintain or even higher for the subsequent quarters? RM5.13 is just the biggest joke that I heard yesterday. People pls follow his advice to buy in Malton WB at 0.40, will give you 1,000% return when mother hit RM5.13.

Rm5.13 is 5x from the price now, why the %B now is still at 27%? Those investors are not as smart as ESPESP?

This counter is too speculative especially for the WB. Past few days it has been pump & dump to close at lower price when the market closed. Be extra careful for the operators in this counter. Either they want to slowly exit for this counter or they want to accumulate more at lower price.

hng33, WCT to become property developer or contractor? When Desmond Lim bought into WCT, I thought the most likely scenario will be Malton to become a sole property company as in SunCity or Sunway; WCT will be as construction company like SunCon, and Pavillion Reit will be like Sunway Reit.Currently Malton is in both property and construction; WCT is in property, construction & holding several malls.

I wonder why Malton and Desmond Lim's private company want to award those contracts to WCT if what hng33 said is true from the "hint". After all Malton also has the experience in developed Pavillion KL and Desmond Lim holds more shares in Malton than in WCT. Unless Malton is too busy to do the jobs and thus Desmond Lim has no choice but to benefit WCT, or Desmond Lim has a bigger plan for Malton. WCT's workmanship is really bad as a developer & contractor. Imagine a branded mall like Pavillion always has issue of tiles pops up after certain time like what is always happened in Aeon Bukit Tinggi, it will certainly affect Pavillion Mall's branded image. Anyway, I am just BS-ing as I have never been to both Pavillion KL and Paradigm Mall Kelana Jaya, so I have no idea how are the quality in these 2 malls.

Was it because of Bandar Malaysia, or merging of Malton & WCT, or very damn good quarterly results coming, or huge projects to be secured soon, or DL hit a big jackpot and decided to do some charity to the minor shareholders by privatize Malton at 2.50 when market price was only 0.60 last year. Anyway, as your 2 sources and hng33 also abandoned this ship already, so I guess this counter is wong fei hong sau dong already.

Malton will only fly tomorrow. It is always one day behind IWC. Last Monday IWC limit up, then followed by Malton WB touched limit up price on Tuesday. So, BBB now and wait to sell tomorrow.

I think Malton will partner with IWC for Bandar Malaysia lah. So, better buy Malton, WCT, GOB, Pavillion Reit, & IWC since these 5 counters are going to merge into one big company then only get Bandar Malaysia project.
