Possible.
NAPS 2.35, share price 0.93.
Good enough reason to privatise

DST must be a smart guy to be rich.I am sure he with his friendly parties already own >50% of insas.
How would anyone know who are acting in concert with him.

Its still worthwhile to buy at 2.09. Annualised return is about 10%.

For a company which is more like a fund ,the net asset per share is more important than its earning
If only there is another 2 cts dividend later in the year,it would break 1.00

I think the weakness in KPJ is related to the Health Ministry proposal to control the price of
medicines .

Does insas have a share buyback scheme
If no why not?
This is one good way to reward minority shareholders and unlock share value.

2 questions gor Mr SSLee.I believe he has a deep knowledge of Insas
(1) Why would majority shareholders not want to see its shares trading near NTA
(2) Why not privatise the company

Anxiously waiting for what?
For KPJ, two things that can cause the price to go up.
Aggressive share buyback, and hopefully special dividend in specie of buyback
shares kept in the Treasury.

How to increase the price of Insas
(1) someone with plenty of capital launches a hostile takeover.
I wonder why epf isn't doing it
(2) the company increases the dividend.unfortunately management
Is not interested to do this
(3) company aggressively buyback their shares

Anyone can think of anything else?

You may be right.
One critical difference:BH buys back own shares so that it does not fall below NAV
