In relation to the Group’s prospects, the Board and Management remain justifiably confident in maintaining a very positive outlook for the Group over the next several years. This positive outlook is based on the fact that 173.06 acres of land, forming the subject matter of Sale & Purchase Agreements (“Land Sale SPAs”) already signed and publicly announced, will generate sales revenue of approximately RM312 million.
