I have no doubt Asiapac will breach 30 cents eventually. The only question in my mind, what is the highest that Asiapac can go this year? 50 cents? 70 cents? Any guess? Lets see some feedback please. Thank you.

Jush sharing with you guys that I have bought Bimb-wa at 0.75 cent worth 75K only. This is recommended by my remisier on oversold basis. I am a bit sceptical on overbought or oversold basis but I give it another chance. Thank you.

It looks like AirAsia exceed its foreign shareholder limit. While this show foreign funds confidence with AirAsia unfortunately its our local funds do not share similar sentiment. AirAsia has been in news latelybdue to its poor market price. Thank you.

Congrat Eugene724, i sold mine for Asiapac. I have no regret for selling early. Good to know both you and steward made money from Ecofirst. I also express my appreciation to one forummer here but cant find his name anymore as he suggested to buy 20 cents. Good to know we all made good returns. Thank you.

Just for comparison, how MAS and Malindo doing? Are they profiting from healthy competition? Can these two airlines compete against AirAsia? Lately Malindo having clashes between two major shareholder. And Mas not really doing well with fare war. Budget airline is very competitive indeed. But can these two airline survive low fare for long term? As for AirAsia, low fare is they advantage from the very start. Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

Appreciate your feedback Zuliana. Yes, all indicators points toward positive forAirAsia. However, the market price does not justify all these positive inflow. Competition from other airlines like Malindo or Mas could be contributing factor. Or foreign funds selling out AirAsia could be another explaination. Drastic drop in profit margin despite higher sales could affect investors decision. Anyone have better explanations? Appreciate your insights? Thank you.

Interesting how AirAsia has been in news lately. Tony Fernandes was even interviewed by international financial news channel over the grossly underprice market price. EPF has aggressively buying AirAsia these past weeks. However, would like feedback why AirAsia price doesn't seems to move upward. Any views why this is so? Thank you.

Personally i feel very confident with what i seen. 30 cents just do no justice for Asiapac at all. Unlike other property or construction company, Asiapac smart enough to owned huge mall for recurring incomes even if economy not doing well. And with half billion unbilled sales, sufficient for 2 years revenue cover. Correct me if i am wrong. Thank you.

Why was Mah sued for 70m by bank? Unbilled sales of half billion is not small. It csn cover 2 years of Asiapac sales alone. Am i right to say this? Thank you.

Owning few blocks of officeshop myself, initially i was force to compromise on low rents for first few years. But once the traffic increased, theres plenty of opportunities presented themselves for recurring incomes. So Leon7, i am ever optismistic regard to been a landlord strategy for Asiapac Imago Mall, plenty of recurring incomes. Hope contributors from Sabah can share their feedback here. Thank you.

Once Imago Mall become more popular with bigger customers traffic, dont you think Asiapac will set their own retail for f&b, hotel etc? The potential is umlimited if total ownership belong to Asiapac. Then again, i may be wrong. Just my personal view. Thank you
