Nope... I borrowed money from my uncles...and three of them pawned their land to chettiar to come up with the funds...and I had paid back every single sen from my earnings back then...
Nothing comes easy.... As I said....if there is a will.... there is a way.... Money does not fall from the sky....

People must live within their own means... I myself come from a very small village and from a very poor family. My late father worked as a Jaga for store JKR. I used to bath from perigi, study used lampu pam minyak tanah cap butterfly and walked 2km to school. I used to eat nasi with sambal belacan and ikan kering or salted fish every day....
Just think why people back then could survive???.... Because we live within our own means.....
I went to England to further my studies... Studying during the day... working during the night and over the weekend to save money and send money back home to help my parents and 9 other siblings.... I completed my ACCA and went to work with Touche Ross to pursue ICAEW....and still working over the weekend as a labour with a lorry company to distribute and send goods to shops and supermarkets....
Things never come easy....you have to work for it....

Do not just rely solely on sawit fruit bunches.... could also plant ubi kayu, ubi keladi, ubi keledek in kebun sawit....
