Think the work flow is the other way. MOSTI and NPRA approve and procure the vaccine, then pass to Pharma to handle the FnF and deliveries only. They are only the packers and filling of vials, and were never the producers. (Some people even had doubt of the FnF or imported prepacked) Words can cause others to think the vaccine is manufactured in Malaysia....what a laugh.

David,...with today's additional listing, there is only a balance of 49,932,303 Warrants yet to be listed (or converted) from those issued in 2016 which was 695,396,809 warrants. This additionally listing today makes the NOSH for the first time, breaching 3 Billion at 3,033,892,833 shares.

As for the institutions buying, unless you have (1) KLSE reports at end of day (Brokers Reports) stating the buyers, (2) if the blocks taken are substantial shareholding, reported by Bursa.

That fella who texted a 1 day show is blinded or blinkered to only look at the price and calling for 1.00, 2.00, 3.00 at immediate response.

Barring the adverse playing field at the moment, we feel, Dnex is having the upper hand and not bowed to pressure nor any selling spree. The price is holding stable and just waiting for a changed and conducive landscape to move forward.

KJ has informed that MOSTI shall announce the ceiling for selling price to Private sector for Sinovac (Pharma) and Sinopharm (by Dpharma) this Friday. Good news, bad news,... flip of the coin.

Just as an EXAMPLE of the investment in such a beautiful counter but we did not START from much, much earlier in Dec-Jan at only 25c.

Let's say in Feb-March, the Warrants move ahead of the mother shares. Warrants traded at 35c (+50c = 85c mother) but mother was only at 55c-60c!!!

Let's say our AVERAGE collection price is at 62c (Fair?) :

Buy 5 million shares x 62c = RM3.1 million

At 1st rush and spike to 1.05, but when pulled back, sell 70%
(because the acquisitions, fund raising, warrants still in play, take profits)

Sell 3.5 million shares x 1.00 = RM3.5 million

Results = RM400K profits cash in hand and 1.5 millions FREE shares
(which is why we have been saying we are holding Free shares.)
(We have also told we sold 70% of the block on and around the day Dnex volume hit over 1 Billion shares traded, panic buying but we sold)

Last month, when price fell below 70c, we scooped up another block.

Should it falls below 69c again, we'd be happy to take more.

On PING acquisition, NOT a single sen was paid from Dnex banks' account. Dnex acquired 30% of PING back in 2016 for only USD10 million. This time around for the additional 60% of PING for USD78 million, of which USD37.05 shares swapped at 192,368,414 shares of Dnex valued at RM0.801c. The balance of Cash USD40.95 was a soft loan with unconditional drawdown and without interest from PING's account (left to right pockets)

What and where can you find such a beautiful deal?

When the deal was signed Oil price was around USD40 and has moved up to above USD70 (today at USD71)

3 weeks ago, our friend, Mr Gerard Lam did a price evaluation (here at forum) on Earnings from PING, but his PE at 50 which we can safely and at conservative levels, say, even at PE of 25 and from PING ALONE, Dnex is fairly priced at RM1.20 (RM2.38 with his PE of 50)

We are here for the long term and many may be surprised with their QR in due course.

With effect from tomorrow, 3rd Aug, the total additional listed of converted Warrants is at 605,409,106 shares out of the 695,396,809 issued, giving a balance outstanding of 89,987,703 unlisted Warrants. These could be incoming within the next 10 days.

Technically and logically, Dnex price should be above 85c right now but for the FDI outflow and political situation. Just before Parliament sitting, the price was touching 78c, with 80c seen imminent. That spike was just before the Press announcement on the completion of Silterra acquisition. That was a wasted push.

But as long term investors, we are holding free shares and was prepared to take another block if it had fallen below 69c today.

At this point in time, even under the worst case scenario, we don't see Dnex crashing below 60c, ...again we might be wrong, but that would be a gap downwards, which is too steep and deep, with all support lines broken. Fundamentally, Dnex with 3 Billion NOSH and 4 pillars of income generating subsidiaries, would not reach such low levels without being grabbed.

Also, please bear in mind Silterra is now in Dnex's stable and with market share price at such vulnerable levels, a Takeover would be in the offerings.

Several days back, Political scenario was very uncertain and may erupt at any moment. Practically stepping on grenades.

But after having Parliament sittings and the "clashes" of leaders and royalty, the picture has settled a fair bit, not fully absolved but settling nicely. We can see "all the cards are opened on the table" now and moving forward, the chess pieces are to be moved at the right time.

FDI has NET exited BURSA the past 6 weeks, and barring any unexpected moves, ...the danger has more or less been neutralised and removed.

For Dnex to crash back to 67c, would require a dumping of more than 30 million shares and below 65c, more than 60 million shares.
