It would be wonderful if you could just name 1 vaccine imported by MOSTI and MOH which does NOT have prior approval from WHO and FDA? Do you know how they pass the buck to NPRA? And do you know how our "experts" have their jobs cut out, dry and handed to them? THEY JUST READ THE SEAL FROM WHO AND FDA and they put their own stamp of approval.....just so that they can have HUGE salaries and perks! Think any MD off the streets can do much better jobs.

Many investors also avoid playing against the Local Institutions with their GLCs. Not easy to earn from their counters.

Yeah, would say you're pretty smart to have collect at 5.35 but not so smart when there's profit of 35% to be taken in (You're FIRED!). You buy a share at 5.00 but won't sell at 7.00, would not be considered realistic. Fantasy maybe. COLD HARD CASH of RM2,000 every lot inside of 3 months! Mind you profit of 35% on 5.00 shares not playing with penny stocks.

Overnight Dow dropped more than 500 points, coupled with local political scenario is not encouraging, some ripple effects expected. Bursa might stagnate. Pharma already trading on low volume...sideways for now until approval and Bonus date.

Those troopers shouting LU and prices to 10.00, 12.00 15.00 are all missing and disappeared until some movement.

Don't expect any counter to expand and increase its price to meet the Bonus x numbers, unless the price has support and REAL Value. For "splitting" and increasing number of share for "higher equity participation" the price should be DIVIDED and lowered accordingly.

Expensive lesson to learn, I guess.

@MrLiau....we are not masters or sifu. Also, the bear trap at 7.20 is much too high. Some may suggest averaging down but that would be capital intensive, and might not FULLY recover the damages. Why throw in more good money for bad faith? At 5.20 per lot, every 20 lots cost more than 100k.

What is apparent is the selling at every small spike...5.16 to 5.56 back to 5.29. Perhaps, retail investors are also shorting the price and cover at lower end. (before Bonus date is announced)

Others may advise to opt all out and try elsewhere with the remainder capital. There's no clear method. Need a Game plan and stick to it, no greed or emotions, be professional. Some people might paint a more rosy ending for the Bonus, but we don't see it that way without fundamentals.

Seriously, both Pharma and Dpharma are GLCs pharmaceutical companies engaged for longer than the past 25 years. Pharma has always been supplying meds and logistic services to all Govt hospitals even to the far corners of jungle villages of Msia.

Dpharma also been supplying meds and several years back (probably 7-8 years) was granted the ONLY license in Msia for FnF and distribution of injectable Insulin for human consumption. Their co-operations with Serum Institute of India, world largest serum and vaccine manufacturer, has been most supportive of the Insulin supplies and many more.

If memory serves, Pharma's Contract to supply with MOH expired back in Dec, 2019 but was subsequently renewed and extended for 18 months from February, 2020. Suppose, the next renewal should be around the corner in July-Aug, 2021 but fear not as renewal is almost automatic.

Further, their Supply Contract and to provide logistic for Covid-19 vaccines with MOSTI and MOH depends on a separate Agreement towards the quantity of doses.

And don't worry about MOH's renewing their Contract, don't think they'll pass the job to local Fedex or DHL...hahahaha

Upon SC approval, and playing with sentiments on investors and newbies at announcement and date setting, price may spike but short-lived. Stays at 5.20.

Not to discourage or meant to pour cold water, just some basic issues to ponder :

1) The current NOSH is at 262 million shares, with the Bonus issuance adding 4 times, it will swell to 1.310 Billion shares. The Bonus shares are not capitalising on Reserves but just to expand and increase for "better equity participation" with lower entrance.

2) The price was around 3.20 when announced and pushed to 7.25, if this was supported by solid projected revenues, price should maintain. Quite the contrary, it slid to 5.20. The pre-Bonus issue of Public bank and TGlove stood at 23.00 and 28.20 was from Actual Retained Profits and windfall earnings. Their prices stood the tests and shareholders happily rewarded.

3) With NOSH increased to 1.31 Billion shares, would the Company be expected to rake in Revenue of additional several hundreds of millions RM to stay reasonable EPS. Bottling serum and providing logistics doesn’t make you profits of hundreds of millions. It’s not like finding a cure for Cancer!

4) Please offer some realistic FIGURES with FACTS and not SPECULATE on future incomes to justify the current price to be at 7.20 for the Bonus price prior to ex-date.

5) If market price of a share is simply based on News of Bonus issues , all the PLCs will be lining up to do 5x, 8x 10x NOSH so prices can be settled up there in the wind. Market price is adjusted for Bonus issue, NOT increased to meet the numbers x Bonus shares!

Yes, EPF, PNB and Bstead had been selling Pharma from 7.25 until 5.20. Now, EPF has stopped there but Bstead still having its tap running.
