I nearly fell off my chair when some people suggests that DNeX may propose BONUS ISSUE. It's either the company has invented a machine that can convert MONEY from thin air or they have been submitting under declared Accounts to Lembaga Hasil.

OMG!, someone is having shivers when additional 11 million share converted from warrant is to be listed tomorrow. Maybe they are looking too closely and not aware that the total warrant for conversion is 711 million?

Last I checked 11 million is 1.54711673699% only.

Rights Issues and Warrants gives the opportunities for shareholders to participate in the expansions, and should be perfectly right in this case, IF put to the one and only rightful cause.

What I posted earlier is the trading pattern and my personal opinions on the border lines of the trade price movements in either direction.

This 711 million warrants represents 33.05% increase of NOSH when fully converted. On 10th March 2021, Wednesday, there were panic buying never seen before and the price jumped from 0.73 the previous day closing, to add 0.16 sens to a new high of 0.89. Volume for that day alone was 1.289 billion. The blocks were not retail buying but institutional locking in for their clients.

Now, please compare their buying price with the current conversion rate. It's higher than their toping up of shareholdings.

Certainly not, I don't dispute the necessity of PLC to raise funds for expansion and in this case a complete transformation of a "pheonix from ashes"

@winter.. my view on the price movements is in accordance with the need for warrants to be successfully exercised. The 2 deals hinge on the funds from the 711 million converted, or even razor edged close.

This entire play in motion at the moment is for the cause of the warrant being attractive and yet not high at quoted price for more buyers in Open market, albetit retailers, bankers or existing substantial shareholders. True, that some dilution may cause the shareholder to up the ante to procure either mother (at low) or warrant and convert. This is to ensure they still have sustainable command a seat at the table.

Nobody's perfect and practice makes it easier to improve. We learn something new everyday.

Yes, and there are many amatuers and newbies who just say let the market forces dictates the price...without any thought of the background and causes. They just pop some shares and wait to sell, any donkeys can win or lose with that mentality. Only those who deduce rationally and logically and sees the reality with calculated responses has higher percentages of reaching their goals.

ESOS shares issued are not issued, they are called ALLOTMENT. And the allocation can be only exercised within ESOS Window with 5 days MAV pricing. But the additional DNeX 5% represents almost 120 million shares.

The Warrant exercise is the Key to the Vault for both deals and it expires in July, 2021...the warrant as at yesterday's price of 0.30 needs to be pulled back up to attract conversion. Mother share should stand above 0.955, allowing a premium of 0.15...thus the run up in Mother from 0.86 to 0.98

Today, the warrant is inching up from 0.32 to 0.35, with premium of 0.12

However, with the up coming ESOS approval, Mother still capped at 1.00 otherwise the ESOS price might gets out of range.....

There are still more rounds following the TIMELINE....all others are guessing games....

As it draws near expiry on 31st July, 2021....their prices may converge or cross to negative premium...to make 5% to 10% or even below cost?...hmmmm
