goldsesame88 NIISE is a complicated project , it’s serves as a core system to integrate Hardware and software of the entire Immigration department.

Myeg team up with Htpadu and S5,
Only Htpadu had past experience for such system,
And unfortunately they delivered a failure project - - MyImms system (which is currently used by Immigration department )

Myeg and s5 business model are mostly middleman oriented, like PLKS , NERS, and ICS, whereby no high end technology involved .

Hi, Goldsesame88, the comprehensive system may need more user oriented which MYEG have good experience in this level and not much complaints received so far. If you compare the competitors on hand, yes, many is technically strong but they have least experience in managing large scale user interface module.

It is very high chance that this consortium will win the contract collectively.

Consortium Group of Companies (MYEG+S5 (10% associate company)+HTPadu (15% WTS holding) will be in charge of the main portal included all the payment portal - later on can further integrated their e-banking facility to support the foreign workers payment module directly for deposit, withdrawal and remittance. Datasonic also will play a big role in backbone infrastructure especially the biometric data recognition.

The key rationale is since this is an integrated system, one of the key features must be user friendly. MYEG is one of the key player which currently already have good track record to manage Goverment to Customer (G2C)/ Business to Customer (B2C) business transactions.

The system is designed based on pull method (initiate by user demand) instead of push method. Pull method, MYEG will be the best party to lead.
