NIIS is a comprehensive system not a single specialised area, if government only need the enhanced biometric recognition system they can just based on current frame to award to IRIS/Dsonic.

Cannot deny IRIS/Dsonic will be part of NIIS, but to lead the whole process included the e-user interface then it is different thing. Dsonic/IRIS more to hard(ware) side of the system, and MYEG and S5 more to Soft(ware) side of the system.

Normally if Section A and B approved d. It should will gazette the railway of cos, then the stations land then only maintenance depot. Not quite sure why it take so long to gazette the station and maintenance depot lands.
