Based on uncle experience, I see if it cross above 5. 90 will up trend lo.. Yesterday oil price up a bit.. Saudi arabia want cut production. Same old story... I not here to condemn other stocks good or bad. I like heng yuan. I also congratulate shareholder of petron. petron up again today. Whether is hengyuan or petron does not matter. Oil and gas counter should be bullish. But i love heng yuan more. i use to hold petron too last time when rm 3. sold too fast... But now i only have heng yuan becoz valuation cheaper.
3 point why should buy HY
1. Cheap valuation. Based on fundamental. Pe 3x
2. Bullish price chart. Any big drop price will always climb back.
3. Good management. Since change of ownership from Shell to HY.. There is no report HY fired the staff. Unlike other companies they fired staff.HY still keep the old staff.
4. Oil is necessity.
