Stability of reits depending on the underlying assets. But of coz if you want to compare reits with growth stocks, its less risky but less volatile and need at least 3-5 years. Look at the dividends and the properties that they are holding. My 2 cents.

Anyway, I'm holding sunreits and alaqar for reits. Make your own decision

relax la, this company is steady, profit making company.

Vaccine is coming out, shopping malls slowly will improve by time. People still loves to shop regardless of new norm or what. Just be patient and accumulate when the price is reasonable.

Eita is a very good company indeed. Bought at 1.28 and sold at 1.85. I expect to sell at 1.80 within the next 2 years, cant believe make it in 2 months with 1.85 profit taken.

This company is undervalued. But would like to start accumulating again at 1.50 or lower
