So if OPEC and Russia decided to increase their production (plus US resuming production post winter disruption), BRENT price may fall back to the previous level. And if that being the case, it may be risky for us to go in O&G counters.

QR QR concern over QR. Anyone has indication how the QR is going to look like?

Maybe safer to buy after QR is out (just a matter of days only). Just in case the QR is bad and we kena locked.

I think this company is fundamentally sound. Dont see much issues with their financials too. Just that business volume affected by MCO and low utilisation of vehicles on the road. When the Msian economy is back to normal, the future prospect of this company should be good, in my personal opinion.

Brent price now is USD63.22 (yesterday was USD65)

Actually the latest QR is not that bad. I think the drop in share price is overdone. If drop some more, I will top up some. If you compare against the previous 3 months, the results were actually better with higher sales and lower net pretax loss. Of course we should not compare with the same quarter last year which is not fair as there was no covid 19 then. Future prospects once the new CU store starts operations should be good. My humble opinion.

Besides, Alam has successfully completed the final leg of its private placement (PP II) and the shares have been listed on 11/12/20 (see announcement below). So money should not be a problem for Alam.

Next O&G counters to move up...Armada already moved so much. Velesto is in the same business as Armada if I am not wrong.

New issue of 1.2bil shares to Macquarie Bank Ltd approved by SC yesterday (17/12/20).....Is this something positive for this co?

See they purposely pushed up the price to entice warrant holders to convert. Now what happened - price drop back to 22.5 sen and stuck there. Those warrant holders who converted hoping to make some gain all kena conned and locked down at current price level now. Meanwhile, co already pocketed the conversion premium of 21 sen.....!!!

Bawang buying almost everyday !!

Bawang acquired 9.4mil shares yesterday. I think just follow him cannot go wrong.

Bawang has been quietly and gradually buying up. Never dispose any so far. Guess he will continue to buy until near to MGO level but not to trigger an MGO.

Just like world oil prices, it cannot continue to stay low. Note that Brent prices have moved up from the USd40 level to the current USd50 level, that is more than 20 % up. Not too difficult to deduce what will happen to Velesto price in the the near future.....have faith

Private placement from 4/12/20 to 8/12/20 of about 402mil shares raised a cash proceed of about RM70.32mil. The company is now flushed with cash. Hence setting up the new 13 lines of production should not be an issue.

Guess directors also not robust like other companies which pay so much attention to the performance of their business and share prices. Just have to wait patiently for them to move but once they move, that should be quite fast nothing that the company's business is intact and financially good with little or no borrowings. The lands have not been revalued for very long time.
