EPF may not always be right. I am sure you can see how companies heavily invested in bad shape. Go and figure out. Sometimes they may have different agenda behind the scene.

The business proposal may look good but there is big doubt over the creditability of the management and owner particularly why is he selling aggressively recently if he believes the future prospect of business is good. Big question mark but no answer.

Overall the credentials of this company look comfortable. I suppose can buy for short to medium terms. Also good for trading too given the company being in good shape at the moment.

Last year interim dividend was 22 sen. Today Petronas Chemical declared 23 sen interim dividend. I think we can roughly expect interim dividend around 20 sen this round.

If you look carefully, it is indeed a very good set of QR considering the current economic environment. How many companies in Bursa can continue to produce such persistent profits?

Hopefully they could distribute some dividend (LTAT needs that) when the University Nottingham sales proceeds are received. Perhaps they should continue to consider disposing Bstead Plantation when the price is right (good CPO price at the moment). Maybe can divest Pharmaniaga as well although I think they wont as this is one of their strategic assets with good potentials.

Sometimes one needs to dream a bit and that may resulted in thinking out of the box ...and think far ahead of what could happen to this counter in the near future. Back to reality, some signs of accumulation by certain parties are appearing...patience prevails !

Just scroll down to the part that talked about PP and think how relevant it could be to Bornoil. They issued PP for some obvious reasons and it is not so much about raising funds like other companies or rights issue. This company is net cash. Just dont when is the "right" time for them to start moving up the share prices !!

Company has proven itself with excellent performance over these years with their core business i.e. manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical products. If the extra business involving vaccine production & distribution materialise later that is big bonus for the company and for all shareholders like us.
