1. Bahvest price range was between 30 sens to RM1.50 before the gold mine business started
2. Bahvest had 600 million shares at that time. No free warrants (warrants was given FOC if U all didn't know) and no bonus issue yet
3. For so many years and since the day bahvest started with ipo 30 sens X 600 million shares means the fish business they valued and sold to the public at RM180 million!!!
4. As the years passed they even got Government Grants worth millions and also never paid a single tax as they were given tax exemption for 10 years
5. How can suddenly just becoz of Covid, they put impairment LOSS of more than RM100 million ++ and made Bahvest a Pn17 company? They already plan this CON of selling the company then why put the whole shit into bahvest?
6. And now the BIGGEST Ever CON... They sell to same surname thru direct nego at only 5 million and by installments. Without any approval and done privately. No open tender and nothing

Becoz if they can do this CON to the fish business they can surely do the same to the goldmine which they don't entire own. They only have around 30% of the entire area to mine

Give U all an example. Top Glove or Harta sell their entire glove business to their own surname thru direct nego for RM5 million and by installments. And shareholders get nothing in return. Can ah?

Want to sell the fish business is OK but sell it HONESTLY to the highest bidder thru open tender. Not to same surname thru direct nego and installments!! At 5 million meaning from day 1 bahvest operate until today with 600 million shares bahvest share price worth less than 1 sen!!! So say lowest ever bahvest was 15 sens fish business should sell for RM75 million. That's the lowest ever fair price. Again why sell to own surname?

Anyone attending the AGM at 10am, please help ask the following questions -
1. Why Bahvest for the Past 10 years has NEVER EVER declared any dividends?
2. Why the Auditors don't want to continue?
3. Why sell the fish business at such a low price?
4. Who is the same surname new owner of the fish business and what is the relationship with owner?
5. Why didn't do open tender to sell the fish business to the highest bidder? Who do direct nego with same surname
6. Why give installment for 3 years?
7. Why never share the proceeds of the sale with shareholders?
8. Who is operating the balance 700 hectares of land at gold mine? How does Bahvest ensure that all its resources are only used for the 300 hectares of land?
9. Does bahvest have an external reputable auditor in the gold mine everyday to verify the amount of gold and silver mined? Who verifies the figures?
10. As bahvest now has only the gold mine left, what steps can Onwer and Gang take to GUARANTEE that they won't sell the gold mine to a new sdn bhd using direct nego to a same surname owner in the future? Then bahvest will be left with 0 business

Bahvest will have a boring balance 2020. New onwer will make MILLIONS from the fish business in the future... I'm not sure if it can drop by half BUT I'm sure that the balance of 2020 they won't goreng becoz they already did this year at 84.5 sens

For your information Bahvest don't even own the gold mine. It's a company called Southsea Gold who owns the lease for 35 years for 1000 hectares. Southsea Gold "MAGICALLY" sublease ONLY 300 hectares to a company called Wullesdorf for 33 years. Bahvest bought Wullesdorf. Bahvest is not even the real owner of the mine. Owner is Southsea Gold which does not belong to Bahvest. And Southsea Gold has 700 hectares which they can mine on their own. Own means Owner and Gang la. So this is really a dam bad deal for us minority shareholders. And at anytime, Bahvest can sell Wullesdorf for any amount they like and to whoever they wish to. And thats the end. Bahvest is businessless. No fish and no gold mine. Nothing!!

If Bahvest suddenly wishes to sell its gold mine business to a new sdn bhd for RM5 million. Bahvest will just be a shell company with no business left. And to sell any of its business, it does not even need shareholders approval or anything. They can just do watever they like. With RM5 million, bahvest 1.2 billion shares and 600 million warrants will worth less than 0.1 sens each... Worst ever SHIT in history for minority shareholders :(

If bahvest can do this kind of shit, what makes U think that next month or next year they can also sell their goldmine to another newly formed sdn bhd for 5 million? This is the biggest CON ever!!!

And why throw the massive impairment LOSS of more than RM100 million +++ into Bahvest if U already going to sell the fish business? Minority shareholders are totally SCREWED!!! Worst deal ever in the history of Bahvest :(

Worst deal ever. Bahvest without the gold mine worth only RM5 million. Meaning before the bonus issue bahvest had around 600 million shares and therefore each share worth less than 1 sen.
