if putin had really tested that vaccine on his own daughter then very probably was not a live-virus type of vaccine but perhaps an attenuated-virus (weakened virus) or even inactivated-virus (dead virus) kind of vaccine

there are several types of vaccines

not every vaccine is a live vaccine
