If HENGYUAN's Share Price dropped lower at Expiry date, then the payout will be slightly less but I think is Water under the Bridge now !

On the Issue of Call Warrants, Blame it on the SC to approve such instruments which does not add Value to the Stock's Fundamental at all !
They are disruptive to the orderly price mechanism/movement and are against the listing intention by Bursa to attract investment from the general Public ! At one stage Bursa was lamenting about the lack of retail participation in our Local Stock Market and have organised numerous Road Shows Nationwide to attract younger generation to INVEST in it but allowing so many of such Call Warrants to list on a particular Hot Fundamentally Good Stock with Ridiculous Exercise Pricing and Conversion Ratio, it is not educating anyone but confusing all ! May I again ask the IBs or Call Warrant Experts how do these IBs arrived at the Exercise Prices and based on what valuation does they accord such an Exercise Price not to ask on the high numbers in the Conversion Ratio ?

Please enlighten all here so that all the forumners and would be Fresh Call Warrants Investors/Traders here may learn. Thank you !

Investors were certainly slow to react to the GOOD NEWS that Hengyuan was given Bank Facilities to EXPAND it's Business Operations. Most Investors or so called Opportunistic Traders are either showing their immaturity or are just a Confused lot when such GOOD NEWS are announced ! Many had queried why NO IBs have research materials published on Hengyuan but now NOT ONE but TWO IBs have their Banks given out Loan Facilities to little researched Hengyuan ! Good News is because when a Company wants to grow BIG, it must have Loads of Funds and Reserves for the Expansion and to be given Loan Facilities is a Recognition in Terms of Good Credit Rating or Standing as well as it's Overall Good Company Management ! This is a Step Forward to attract Foreign Funds and expect more will come to research on it and write about it ! The Invest Malaysia Forum just ended yesterday and this year especially, more Fund Managers attended and what was the take home message, it will be reflected by our Bourse in the days ahead ! Given that this is the Election Year, expect a Robust Market leaded by O&G Sector ! Hehe !

I am expecting a good run up to the Price of this Stock going forward !

What is there to be worried about for Investors who have identified this SUPERB Counter and have Invested in it ? Many Sifus here already covered/wrote most of the Stuff that are to be written on Hengyuan and now what "Investors" NEED TO DO is just sit on it TILL the QUARTERLY REPORT speaks for itself ! Hehehe !

IB's are slow but not without "ACTION" ! Their Analysts can't find any FRESH material to write on except for some small not so favourable event to be reported by International News Portal and then comes out to "SHOUT" ! Now, their headache is to Protect their Profits on their Issued Call Warrants ! They maybe the Likely Possible "CULPRITS" in Shorting this Counter ! Who knows Some Powerful and Strong Influential Parties mind be involved in this RSS Short Selling too ! Hehehe !

It seems gone are the days of downtrend for this Stock since the day when World Crude Oil Price continues its downward spiral when it dips below USD60/= a Barrel. Now that World Crude Oil Price has stabilized above USD60/= a Barrel, expect the Share Price of Sumatec to continue with this Upward trend ! Any pull back in Price of Sumatec is a good entry point while the Momentum of Upward movement in both the Crude Oil Price as well as the Stock Price ! NTA is listed at RM0.165 and when the coming Quarterly Report show better revenue and Profits, I believe Sumatec will redeem and relive it's formerly glory ! Just my 2 Cents !

Previously, the Owner had their Source of Supply mainly from S'pore which is High Priced Crude !
