For now, all we can do is speculate, but I will keep holding coz I believe that there's a reason why the definitive agreement which was supposed to be signed in July was pulled back to be signed in June. Reason being (I'm speculating) that since it's done in Q2, the proceeds from the sale of 49.9% Proton and 100% of lotus (51% Geely/ 49%SM) will be revenue for Q2. Hence, absorbing the losses significantly for Q2. As for Q3 onwards, half of the loss making proton and 100% lotus has got nothing to do with DRB. Therefore losses from proton (if any) should be insignificant. Gov grant reimbursement of RM1.1B also not taken into consideration yet. Even if it's released in portions, will be enough to hold profits for at least 2Qtrs for proton. For the next 1year, proton will not be a burden to DRB. After that will depend on Geely

Brent oil price need to be above $55 (or at least $50) to see this counter moving up. Talks about building a pipeline is nothing but sweet talk to lure investors only at this point of time. When construction for the pipeline is ongoing, then can consider it part of the value. If not, no point. So, I collect some for long term (1-3years). Short term, risky. Just my personal opinion

By the looks of it, the earlier block (sell down) by bigger player is gone. Just need a good QR or Project to trigger the rocket.

Esos is a form of bonus to deserving personels. Either way the company has to reward it's staffs. Better give esos than cash bonus. At least esos holders will have more concern towards the growth of the company which will in turn reward them even more. So I guess it should be a win win

Coz if I were to buy 1,000 units amounting to say... RM1,300 (RM1.30/unit), I'll have to wait till it reaches at least RM1.40/unit to see a profit of RM10 >>>>RM1,400 (sell) - RM1,300 (buy) - RM10 (buy/sell diff) - RM41 (buy brokerage) - RM41 (sell brokerage) = RM8 (profit)

Sold all at 0.030 (mother), 0.015 (son). Lost an arm here. Risky counter. Lesson learned. The way I see it, their strategy is simple. Dilute and Conquer (through proxy). Will monitor from outside for now. If circumstances remain status quo, 0.015- 0.020 will be a reasonable price to consider re-entry. Good luck, comrades of DBE.
