the rm422 Million project is in Samarahan.
located in between Sarawak Medical Centre and Eden on the park Condominium/Samarahan Country Golf Club..

the client of that project is "well connected" to Sarawak Government.

since the past week i have been saying...SCIB is the NEW DARLING of Sarawak.

same here. i was also very surprised by the sudden downfall towarfs the end. it happened quite fast. got my heart racing but i wish jt dropped further below 2.20ish then i would have entered

some groups have known about it early..

i have made many mistakes before and i painfully learned from my mistakes.
now i always set a profit target for the stocks that i buy. when it hits the profit target, i will sell no matter how high it may go thereafter.
i have learned the hard way that it is better to have money in hand, rather than money stuck elsewhere :)

if go back down to rm2 i will buy more. hahaha.

here is a tip for you all, SCIB is heavily backed by Sarawak Government.you need to know who is behind Boss Karim also...
thats why now it is actively participating in tenders already. some will also be "negotiated tenders"....dont compare this SCIB with the old one...this new SCIB is aggressive and hungry for success!

then soon when contracts announced, big QTR result announce, retailers will rush to buy and FOMO again

but i have a feeling Boss Karim and Co might sapu anything above 2.0

im still waiting at 1.88 :)
