Point is, sometimes plantation lands could also have good potential development value. Especially if they're located in strategic areas. A good example being lands formerly belonging to Guthrie Plantations during the stewardship of Khalid Ibrahim, which later became new expressways, new townships etc.

So, you need to consider these things also.

TDM's Indonesian plantations are in Kalimantan province, IIRC. So. If they're nearby existing growth areas, or in reasonable proximity to the proposed site for the soon to be constructed new Indonesian capital city, those lands could indeed have very high potential capital appreciation.

TDM's misfortune is that its latest financial quarter ended too soon. Insufficient time for the current CPO bull to have made a bigger impact.

Just wait for next qr, by which time TDM would have had three straight months of strong CPO prices. I'm sure it will be a completely different kettle of fish altogether, that time.

2. The number of words in every line in the 1st verse must equal the number of words in every line in the 2nd verse.

3. The number of syllables in every word in every line of the 1st verse must match the number of syllables in every word in every line of the 2nd verse.
