Since i rread SD ANNUAL reports since inception and concluded, it is very risky so i put my money elsewhere. The report help me to avoid SD in the first place. But it is also true when you time your price right, you still make money from SD, proven by our fellow traders here. But it is just me, i am an investor. I do not trades. @probability SD Think talking to client is the only evidence to vouch for transactions? weak justification. It is not. To auditors, talking has less weight compared to documents, similar to court evidence, unless it is the only way left, refer this to malaysian standard of auditing

@probability Well it depends on the engagement letter signed by both the management and kpmg (usually standard and lots of escape clauses in favor to auditors). Hard to say SD could win 4-0, but maybe they can score 4-2 on other angle.

Interesting theory meow. But epf has 200m deposits every month from most of us, they surely do not need to sell SD at current unfavorable price just to get some TG dividends. They could sell others if this theory is good. It is a signal to SD top brass as our fellow frens surmised.
