As if the sharks also do not want to take advantage of cheap price themselves by quoting warren buffett. Well their money, their decision, but the soonest they can offload at 70 they will do it. Who cares who blow up? If the transactions are legit, it is easy to refute kpmg, and the existing audit committee will be fast to response (they were strangely quiet for few days, like oh shit, please this is not real, or is it real? and this includes the chairman of audit committee who was a retired kpmg partner ). No need for all the new independent directors, new chairman etc. It will be done in a week already, but no sir....it is a merry go round affair.
