The reason is because Maybank and cimb will never reach to the small business owners and this gives ghl all d chance to dominate the SME industry. The turnover all SME is higher than all the big companies.

I have been an investor of MPAY hoping for some big news but I just don't see the how the company gonna make lots of money from this Mastercard prepaid due to the following reasons:

1) Only can be used for Mastercard owners, limiting other credit card users (BIG DISADVANTAGE).
2) The features it offers, which allows fund transfers is just an alternative/platform to what people are currently practicing, via the bank. Things like paying salary can be easily done via online banking. I just don't see how big corporations will be doing all these via MPAY.
3) Limit per transaction of RM10,000 is seriously restricting to small companies only. Even small companies may find that sum too low as certain transactions could easily exceed RM10,000 for small companies.

MPay is a fintech company, offering a solution which is currently not needed by the market due to existing technologies and facilities that can easily be offered by banks.

For them to say they expect RM40mil of total ARPU is just another forward-looking statement which in the past, many companies have made such promises but failed to deliver. Even if they achieve RM40mil ARPU is considered very low due to the razor thin margin they earned through clearing fees.

Hard to say. Now funds are not actively investing in stocks. Notice that many companies that had a good quarterly results didn't perform in their share price like scicom, panini, etc.

Well, just look at the trading volume everyday. If results are bad, insiders would have already sold off massively. But it appears there are no sellers willing to sell at all.

You're right kt_invest. But being humans, one would not buy until the share price has risen drastically, good quarterly announcements been announced and sweeping changes made by BNM. People tend to only buy overpriced shares after all these have happened, subjecting themselves to volatility and lack of safety margin.

GHLSYS price has been fairly cheap right now but many are not interested until the above has happened.

Looking at the trend, it should report a strong quarterly announcement this month after excluding one-off charges such as impairment on its receivables, inventories and PPE.

Strong earnings will be seen from both Msia and Philippines, with some slight hope that business in Thai will recover. I believe the best time to buy the stock is now, considering it has not moved much since last quarter.

Sorry to say, this post is not 100% truthful and honest. I would not definitely buy now. Infact, I will only buy after a few more bad quarters for the share price to fall further until a reversal of impairment is to be made.

USD weaken too much too fast in a day. As currency traders, they will not wait to take profit now. Hence the weakening will not sustain and hence in view of its limited upside, VS is a good opportunity to buy if you want to bet USD to recover 2mr against RM.

Simply, VS is cheap and attractive with its new investments in Seeing and impressive quarterly announcements. Do you notice that 1.22 is a very strong support price and its been holding well these few days eventhough USD weaken so much?

For VS's case, i bought a lot into VS-WA to leverage on higher gains instead of the mother shares. usually the gains will almost double of what mother shares' gains due to its cheap price. up to u guys on whether to pick VS or VS-WA but based on trends, VS-WA always makes higher % gains.
