@freetospeak if Supermx want to preserve cash than bonus share is better dividend that way no cash will be paid out and the cash can be reinvested and make even more money for the shareholders. That way Supermx earnings will increase more and the share value will also ne more.

First entry at 1.64, then went down 1.30 dispose half so fast then saw price climb up to 1.97,,2.03, 2.07 then tried to be clever put in a stop loss at 1.97 ,got matched and the same day price went up above 2.00 curse myself. After that I didn’t believe twill rose further wait wait until about 3.00 then help by sifus projections got the better of it. My portfollio would have triple.

Initially only to test water bcos doubtful but after it gain momentum at 3 then I start go more bit by bit very careful. If the warrant expire today the iissuing bank will pay you RM1.26. So warrant has a small premium in the open market. So now just hold and watch the mother share fly. So will the warrant. Any warrant if mother tumble warrant also tumble after all we invest is to see the mother share fly. Good value to collect now.

Based on the settlement price it should give you 1.82 at a 5 % premium.

Just hold Be optimistic for mother share. She rises all will be good. Market is very optimistic towards mother share. IB all collecting mother share. Expecting it to rise.

As long as the mother share keep rising the warrant will follow. Your investment is still good . Only thing the warrant is at a higher premium now. This warrant is definitely in the money. Next quarter result in August shows super profit then the mother share rises so do the warrants. There maybe a slight correction bcos of the high premium it fetches now. Pls verify with your brokers or remiscers.

My 2cts opinion what happens to the price on 29-5-20. Usually the warrant price move in tandem with mother share. When the warrant was at 2.48 theoretically the mother should move to RM13 already but the market overshot so much when it should be around 1..20 and usually market will pay extra premium around 4-5 cts extra only. So in this case the market overshoot by over RM1.30. There is very good premium. Question is Whether market will continue to pay this premium when other warrants are not? It could be anybody guess. Eventually the risk is when towards expiry in Jan 2021 and the mother share is at RM13 and if you didn’t sell in the market before that then the issuing bank upon expiry will settle you max is RM2.48. If the market price for warrant is RM3 then you loose RM0.52. Don’t know correct or not. So possible more correction coming.

They settled the warrant upon expiry by taking mother price minus the exercise price divide conversion ratio then multiply your units will give you your settlement price in cash.
