bplant existing Sabah land of 27000 hectares was purchased in years 2012/2023 of total cost 868.5 million, the same year, IOI plantation tried to acquire dutaland for 830 million but only 12000 hectares. comparatively, can we deny the fact that bplant management was much smarter to buy those land at a very cheap price. today, land price appreciated in Sabah, the existing 27000 hectarres should worth more than 1,850 millions if base on market value, ,so, bplant make 1 billion in 5 years.

i enjoyed 7 years good dividend and capital gain from Tambun, quit and shifted to ECOWORLD as this giant has taken the leading role of Tambun in the north. sad to see it fall to 5 years low, i bought some yesterday to support , property market is still not that good but i just put in some of my profit back to TAMBUN, once my favourite.
