the news was announced on Fajar AGM. how could it be designed?

just that in the news it never mentioned CRCC and the reported added it in, due to sept Edge already reported the rumour.

if Fajar is not jv with CRCC on building rail, which other co. Fajar jv with?

the closing price today 28.5 was the lowest done on gap up after CIMB bullish report out. in that report it was suggesting Instaco will be the proxy for all china project due to dr Yeoh bla bla. and hence " investor need not look further than Instaco..."
it also means those who were so lucky to have bought at 28.5 and hold until 11 days, still made losses. what about those who bought way higher at 33,34?

Ironically, Fajar, a smallish coma counter, that has NO connection with China, NO dr Yeoh or whatsoever china contact, has a JV with China co to build rail road project of 8 billions.

CRCC stand for what? china rail la.

so would the investor get a shock? would u dump your share? would u take up the private placement at high price???

30c strong support for 10 days turned into strong resistance.
the next minor support at 23c and strong support at 20c.

pls tell me where the warrant b c d would be.

After talking to you, i discover few things.
- you are brilliant in stock investment.
- you make loss in instaco because after bought, price not up. you start to harm this counter and influence people mindset.
- you see this price drop, you happy and waiting for good time to enter again.
Again, i didn't buy, i just had the feeling on you. Though I do not agree with your character but that's real you. Good to be real you.

read what i said on monday. when it was 32c.

if the price unable to move tomorrow, then u have stale bull at 32/33/34 that will take months to digest. in btw if u have any global crisis or local troubles it will hit back to test support at 26.5c and repeat xx time. i bet u don't want to hold a stock to see that.

knowing very well it is not cheap now. neither is expensive compared to the rosy forecast. but forecast is just a forecast.

CIMB has in history given some very unrealistic TP to certain stocks.

so what makes you ppls think it will go to 67c? if that is the fair value of Instaco, why not push it to 67c then only give 10% discount to Private placement?

think about it, very fishy.

Instaco chart does look like distribution.

cimb tp 72c now 67c. but they never said it will reach this month, they say 2016, or 2017.

so can u see this stock drop back to 20c and go back up 30c multiple times before it break new high?

btw, i only comment on short term, longterm maybe Instaco bigger than IBM i cannot denied it.

i already hated Instaco everyday churning huge volume but made no progress in price. that is very dangerous. as distribution always happen when this character appear.

top glove is different class, it has foreigner fighting to own it. as being the no. 1 glove co. in the world.


what does Instaco has? beside a dr Yeoh, wakakakaka.

without the impact of PP. or if there is no PP for immediate plan. they will get approval but since buyer of PP pull out they may have to delay.

if that happen, It will drop to test 23c, 22c. ultimately 20c and coma.

for the warrant player, it will kill you if that happen.

do u know when a stock will killed the player?

when everyone no longer believe it will drop.

thats the case in Instaco.

so what if 28c is strong support, what is your upside? its unable to penetrate even touch 29.5c.

if 30c support broken? where is the next support? its 25c. what happened to the warrant b? its intrinsic is 1c. if give 20% premium also at best 6c. now 11c, still have 5 cents to drop.

myview is right, short term ppls will sell from now onwards until PP is finalised (when? )

avoid this dangerous stock for now.

at almost the highest vol sell down and unable to recover. u can only expect more selling tomorrow. negative news plus price fixing period means no upside. in the past it was steady and ppls expect post pp will go up, now the pp is a big question mark of what price they will get it? or is it abolished or delayed? if thats the case, then no show. stock prices unwind back to prior level.

no risk and reward profile for short term trading. for longterm its a different story. longterm ppls can ignore my post.

i cannot find any reason to be optimistic for near term. except rounds and rounds of cutting losses from those who bought at 32-34c.
as for the warrants, it will be discount like mad.

it looks like PP taker ask for lower PP price. on the back of this fajar news.

the potential of this company has to be moderated, no longer we think dr yeoh will grab everything. maybe not even half as the latest development suggested.

any downgrade of TP by Cimb would be a killer, considering the stock exploded from 23 to 34. it may retrace to 23c again.

suggestion, take profit if u still have, or avoid this stock all together. due to latest development esp lethal when they are doing PP. it may just kill off the PP. or have much lower PP.

the technical has broken into severe downtrend. those who bought today may have to sell lower when t+4 t+8.
