No Announcement Of Further Selling From M OCean Capital SB.....

It was a surprise to see Opcom main shareholder to sell 500 over lots at average of slightly above 0.68 cents. If really want to cash out should have used the latest good QR performance to below cash out at better price.
It is true the current political tension is not positive to Opcom but the contract that was signed with TM are all 3 years and will lasted till 2018.

One observation that I see is that at the current moment , Opcom price is not moving in tandem with the financial performance.

August 2015 the price fell to lowest below 60 sen just prior to a turnaround QR performance.


But the impact of the sell off by main shareholder is causing some uncertainty and some selling among investors but at the same time,

Lately the buyer ratio and volume transacted seems to indicate some collection.

If the appointment of Mokhzani have caused the spike to enable another major shareholder to cash out. Could this round for the price to go below 0.70 sen only to see the emergence of friendly parties to the main shareholder to accumulate..

Personally I will choose to wait to see the Next Quarterly Result before deciding on what to do next with this counter....

The Current Quarter Result may not be up to my estimation/expectation but the positive point is AYS have definitely perform much better than last year.
If the momentum can be maintain , it could be on the way out from last year slump.....

Looking Forward to the coming Quarterly Report to get a clearer picture to see if AYS can continue to deliver above expectation performance similar to their First Half Performance....

Prospect is definitely looking much better as the recent Quarterly Results have indicated.
Most importantly the recent improvement are likely to be sustainable in view of the two 3 years contract awarded by TM.

How big impact that HSBB2/SUBB will have for Opcom is rather difficult to gauge until further announcement or wait for coming Quarterly report. One thing for sure is Opcom will benefit from the HSBB2/SUBB....

Looking Back At the last couple of years EPS
1. FY2014 & FY 2015 EPS between 2 sen to 3 sen
2. FY2015 First 3 Quarter EPS Approximately 4.3 sen. Expect Q4 Performance to be even better than Q3.

For me Opcom is moving to another grow Cycle for FY 2016 , FY 2017 & Ft 2018....

I will be taking a longer term view , as such Opcom is one of my investment pick.....

Short Term Volatility Is Expected. Once Investor digested the Shock , things will stabilised. Furthermore this is just a proposal by Controlling Shareholder but yet to get the Approval Of Majority Shareholders.

Looks like someone is trying to accumulate around 0.490 to 0.495

I think Mr. Pui will go all out to defend his investment and just ride along with him. Seems like not much choice available to us as minority shareholders

I value the Net Realisable Value at 61 sen
41 sen upon delisting and cash distribution expected Q2 2016 (Based On Announcement)
20 sen upon winding up of the delisted company.
there are only 2 assets one building and another property for investment purposes. I believe it will not be too difficult to disposed and convert to cash.
My estimation is all this should be done by Latest Q3
Prefer to Hold on rather than sell at the current price
