Obviously speakup is just a daily short term trader which hope the share price plunge, so he can buy more as he is interested in this stock, else why he so free spread such a news. Its a good thing that MSWG raised a question to the Mgmt.
And these impairment already impaired of > RM100 mil in FY 2020, and if subsequently reverse in future might be even better to the Company's profit

Based on past trend, Genm might buy back again today.
Wonder why the share price doesn't move up the past few days...

The Board wishes to announce that GENM had, on 26 November 2018 filed legal proceedings in FOX and 21CF in response to a notice issued by FOX in which it terminated the MOA and claimed approximately USD46.2 million (or the equivalent of approximately RM193.6 million) in accelerated payments.

On 22 January 2019, the Defendants filed answers to GENM’s lawsuit. At the same time, Fox filed a counter claim against GENM alleging (i) breach of contract and (ii) breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Fox is claiming a monetary sum of approximately USD46.4 million (equivalent to approximately RM191.7 million) in respect of annual licence fees, guarantee amounts / royalties and travel reimbursements.

Previously Fox is claiming USD 46.2 million, now they counter claim by increasing to USD 46.4 million only.

Yesterday was just an announcement to answer GENM's lawsuit only, wont drop so much after people analyse it, should be closed minimum @ 3.20 or maybe breakeven.

Market already digested the whole legal case when GenM brought up the case on November.
Today investors are just hoping panic seller to sell and collect @ low price.
