calvintaneng ; I also think the debt & SG&A expenses are quite high for BJ Corp. Do u think the NTA of RM1.40 is realistic or it should be lower if we factor in the high debt. What do u think is the best method to valuate its true value? I understand that VT took Cosway Private at 4.3 Billion RM few years back. Looks like the depressed share price is due to Diworsification in recent years. What do u think?

is just due to conversion of ICULS shares to ordinary shares diluting the share base. don't worry as Biz fundamental still intact. with this price 50% of the share price is already backed by cash (~ 240 million cash), moreover 0 bank borrowings. only thing is lack of catalyst to pull up the price. is just a matter of time that its true value will be realized. (~ rm 1.00). just my 2 cents

Calvin, is not easy for majority of ppl to practice Value Investing. Few ppl have the strong courage & mind not to be influenced by emotions & unfavorable temporary conditions.

Calvin u are right. Need to read again & again the intelligent investor from Graham & invest in the market. The book & principles of investing changed Buffet's life. Im sure it could change ours too. ;)

Calvin, in DRB balance sheet I see that the others current liabilities amounted to > 20 Billion RM, is that banking related (Bank Muamalat) and it appears also on the Asset? What is that? is it loans from the bank considered as asset for DRB and depositors $$ considered as liabilities? Can u advise?
