Technax has been seeing ridiculously high trading volume in recent days.The counter was trading at 52-week low of 6.5 sen but shot up to touch a year high of 14 sen recently.That's more than double in less than 3 weeks.
With such a amazing run,investors would likely be tempted to ride on the upward momentum.But is this a ploy to 'push up' the counter,testing markets with high volume.

Rationale and Benefits for the MOU
On 22 September 2021,CSH had obtainedits sharholders approved to diversify its business to include the transportation and logistics business to provide middle mile logistics services as well as haulage and hub-to-hub deliveries services and other logistics related business to reduce its dependency on the Group's existing business of ceramics,construction,property development ,property investment and financial services
In view of the MOU as detailed in Section 2 of this announcement,the MOU is viewed positively as it is expected to provide the Group a timely opportunity to venture intobusiness of distribution of EV and providing after sales services foe EV in the country.The MOU is part of the CSH's initiative to drive its transportation and logistics business forward particulary in supply of EV for the logistics industry

Salient terms of the MOU
(1) csope of cooperation
(a) BYD will supply to AEV the BYD T3 models and also the spare parts for the said models as well as the relevant technical assistance for the after sales services and the support document for vehicles testing to AEV
(b) AEV will supply the BYD T3 model including but not limited to the after sales services together the spart parts and warranty pckages to Line Clear Express and Logistics Sdn Bhd( a logistics and courier company in which CSH owns 15% equity interest) and /or any other interested customers("customers"); and
(c) AEV will ensure to carry out Business in compliance with the applicable local regulations and to explore the possibilities of local assembly of the BYD T3 models in Malaysia
(ii) The MOU shall be effective on the date of the MOU and shall continue for a period of 2 years unless terminated by the parties in accordance with the terms and condiction of MOU
