RSI just cross below 70%, but price didnt went down much. My opinion is this stock has a very good fundamental value with low debt and making profit every quarter.

@Midnite what heavy selling? I see selling volume is low. Queue also low maybe due to lack of interest in overall market and foreign outflow. But when there is buying opportunity, i see some buy 8000-10,000 lots per transaction.

I think back in march 2018, i remember when the price consolidated around 0.40-0.45 and then suddenly plunged to 0.375 because of some knee jerk reaction than someone shout strong sink blabla..Dont let your emotions follow these kind of people. Study on your own, take other people opinion doesnt matter. But this shout strong sink la apa la never give any opinion on their research

Serba will attract more when it starts to surge above rm4. My opinion is that serba will consolidate for a couple of months before it go up again. No reason for any selloff as far as i am concern. But tomorrow might see some profit taking as weekend uncertainties on overnight market, and also tomorrow is the ex dividend date right? Its just my opinion

The U.S. is reaching out to China for a new round of trade talks, in an effort to give Beijing another opportunity to address Washington’s concerns over trade issues before the Trump administration implements additional tariffs on Chinese imports, according to people briefed on the matter.

Senior U.S. officials, led by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, recently sent an invitation to Chinese counterparts headed by Vice Premier Liu He, proposing another meeting to talk about bilateral trade, the people said.

The U.S. side has proposed to have the discussions in the coming weeks, and has asked the Chinese to dispatch a ministerial-level delegation for the talks. The proposed meeting might take place either in Washington or Beijing, the people said.

A Treasury Department spokesman declined to comment. -wsj

@alex i dont say u are wrong. But please give any educational info instead of so high so low thing. Previously u said the same, but the price keep on rising, but maybe due to irrational buyers but u dont mention your own research.

My point is, every time the price keep rising that will only means higher upside risk but not necessarily means the price wont go even higher.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has entered into an agreement to buy a 25% stake in Dutch company Psicon BV from Liberty Industries BV for €400,000 (RM1.93 million).

The group has also proposed to buy the entire stake in Psicon AVV from Frank Koper for US$1.1 million (RM4.56 million).

Serba Dinamik said both purchases will be carried out through its unit Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL).

Upon completion of the proposed acquisitions, Psicon BV will become a 25%-owned associate of SDIL, whereas Psicon AVV will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDIL.

Both Psicon BV and Psicon AVV are focused on rotating equipment performance upgrading, and process module engineering.

They are also involved in the trading and supply of steam turbines and spare parts within Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Serba Dinamik said the acquisitions are part of its strategy to further develop its capabilities in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of rotating equipment as well as gain access to projects and markets which are complementary to the group's operations.

It said the purchase consideration will be satisfied entirely in cash, which will be financed through proceeds from the group's initial public offering.

Shares of Serba Dinamik closed up one sen or 0.27% to RM3.79, with 1.43 million shares traded for a market value of RM5.57 billion. Over the past twelve months, the stock has climbed 72%.

Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd is formalising its joint venture with Izin Budi Sdn Bhd to develop a piece of land measuring 15.87 acres in Bukit Pelali, Pengerang, a year after the two parties first inked a Memorandum of Agreement on the proposal.

Dont know but the demand is still high. Buy rate at 64% same like previous. Maybe many turn to this stock while other stocks were hit by turkey crisis sentiment. Because historically this stock is resilient from negative sentiment, but could later drop or slow down when overall market is good again. I think the momentum is still there to keep on going until it burst. This is just my opinion
