Please refrain from trash talking if you don't even know what is forward PE projection, lol.
Talk with substance such as FA instead of Goreng Analysis.
And my question is addressed to Sir OTB, thanks.

Thanks connie for the reading, I did see some resemblance with Unisem's chart (thanks for the highlight). In fact, I'm waiting for the correction to buy more! :)

Further catalyst? Hmmm... not really. Let's just say my prediction of MYR will continue to face downward pressure due to the issue of WSJ vs jibby. Even without that, I still don't see any domestic news to support the MYR from falling. Hence furniture stocks are most likely to be defensive towards weakening of ringgit.

Sir OTB, I'm currently doing a forward PE projection, may I seek your opinion?
Furnitures industry usually have a PE between 8-9, however is PE 10 justifiable for Hevea? (Well, it's 1Q did suddenly surged) Or is it better be conservative and go for PE 9?

Thank you in advance.

Dear icon, please include the risks as well when u write your article, as turnaround company is prone to 回光返照 instead of 咸鱼翻生.
The risk is there, hence better to disclaim your responsibility, u noe la, u wouldnt want nanti ppl go attack ur articles again.

From my 2 cent opinion, reiterate what I've mentioned, bonus issue are not evil by itself. It's a neutral market instrument.

Bonus issue for one, improves liquidity. Share prices are more easily to moves up (and of course, vice versa). And when a share price moves up, the company will have more capital invested on hand. This allows the company to further expand their business.

Bonus issue by all means, is not a pure evil. What's evil is the business itself.

A good business will have continuous EPS growth, hence it will be able to recover/ support it's shares dilution in the future. A bad business however, well... vice versa.

We take Dsonic as a case study, why does it falls so much after the bonus issue?
If one checked properly, after the bonus issue, it's 2014 & 2015 EPS (there was no EPS growth compared to 2013) was not able to support the shares from the dilution, hence the figures explains everything. Censof is another example.

Bonus issue, free warrants in my humble opinion, are more like market instruments to affect sentiment a.k.a. psychology of the stock market (everyone loves free stuff). However, what comes after, is another story.

adeiodatus ... from weekly 50ema has been able to support her so far !! at recent bottom 1.48 she was touching this line again :) hopefully she will bounce off this line ... from daily, the retracement is about 62F (with a DOJI candle) and as in most cases we will see a TR ... there will be more upside if she can break support turns res at 1.70 ! but if she fails to stay above 1.5 the bears shall rule :(
