Did someone realize that out of the 2.28 billion shares traded for the first half, only 60 million shares were on KLCI counters? The most active KLCI counter is Tenaga with only 2.5 million shares traded. So basically, the institutional funds who started all this are all hands off and its just the retail traders trading amongst themselves? It's like a froth of activities on top but down there, a gaping hole is looking at us.
