Licensing Solutions Provider (“LSP”) for all Government Agencies and Institut
Latihan Awam in Malaysia under the Master Licensing Agreement (“MLA”) 3.0.
MLA 3.0 contract will come into effect starting 1 February 2018 until 31 January 2021
at an estimated total value of RM222.6 million, and is an extension of contract
awarded by MOF for PSSB’s efficient delivery and timely execution of MLA 2.0.
